Careers MEDICAL WRITER POSITION Position reference: MW001 As a result of the launch of the first phase of egydoc.com "Egypt�s Medical Portal", we need a senior Medical writers with a minimum of three years experience to work onsite our office located in Heliopolis, Cairo. In this lead role, you will develop medical copy�from inception through to final approval�for detail aids, advertisements, clinical pieces and other medical material. You will report to the site Director. Responsibilities: � Writing science copy that sells � Creating copy that is scientifically and medically accurate, that delivers brand strategies and meets regulatory/client guidelines � Working cooperatively with the Sales team � Participating in client meetings and presentations Requirements: � A strong scientific background, preferably with pharmaceutical / medical industry experience � Ability to interpret medical literature � Excellent oral and written communication skills on all levels � Ability to work in a wide range of therapeutic areas � Ability to work to tight deadlines � Strong organizational and analytical skills � High proficiency with MS Word, Internet Explorer and generally computer literate � Previous pharmaceutical advertising experience is an asset, but not a must Please e-mail your CV to humanresources@egydoc.com.We will review all e-mails, but only the most qualified candidates will be contacted for follow-up.
